Pasquale is a popular “Trattoria” style Italian restaurant which can accommodate up to 165 guests; 80 indoor and 85 al-fresco on its waterfront terrace. Pasquale features a full service menu for both lunch and dinner in addition to a great selection of wines. We are known for our fresh homemade breads, pastas and of course, a delicious selection of pizzas from our wood-burning oven.

A colorful atmosphere, characterized by a menu features light main courses with a French/Arabic twist as well as finger foods. Modern oriental drinks made with the freshest ingredients are available and the restaurant is open from 3:00pm until 11:30pm daily, which can accommodate, up to 50 guests. Chez Alain is recognized as well by a unique 120-seat waterfront terrace, called Reef Garden. the only venue of its kind in Bahrain where one can relax to chill music amidst a backdrop of our shimmering lagoon and downtown views. The Reef Garden menu is in itself a call to travel around the world by a distinguished international dishes, chosen delicately to fulfil our guest’s cravings.

OUR STORY

The Lebanese sweets have a long history that traces its origins back to The Northern Lebanese region, specifically to the city of "Tripoli", which was distinguished for its oriental and Arab sweets. Its confectioners have competed and mastered the preparation of sweets with renewed and variously delicious flavors Hala means "sweets" in the local Lebanese dialect.

This attribute is credited to multiple Tripoli based Lebanese families who have been home-making sweets for more than hundreds of years; since the 19th Century, their generations passed their skills to the next, which led to the popularity and prosperity of this delight to the point that their confectionery craft became an integrated trade outside the city, homeland and even across continents.

The foundation behind Tripoli's historical reputation in confectioning the sweets is the abundance of two types of agricultural crops, namely sugar cane and citrus fruits. Fact which prompted the women of the city to master the various flavors of sweets in their homes first, in order to exhaust their sugar surplus, all while proudly competing to prepare the best.

The Lebanese sweets confectionery is characterized by the superior quality and delicious taste that it is not attainable by relying on modern equipment. The raw materials used in the process are fundamental elements as well, emanating to what is called
